I am hoping that this award-winning cyber security and risk management solutions as ‘a service and software’ provider, will gives its shareholders some pleasing news over the next few months.
Benefit from recent contract wins will help the corporate recovery process.
With the July-announced 2024 Finals, CEO Phil Higgins stated that:
"I am encouraged by how resiliently the Group navigated challenging market conditions in the year.
Although FY24 performance was impacted by some customers deferring budget allocations, we emerged having secured notable contract wins and having maintained a strong level of customer engagement.
We are encouraged that FY25 has started well, with a number of significant contracts already secured and clear signs that customer budget allocation is starting to be released at a modest pace.
The team remains focused on converting the significant pipeline of opportunities across both divisions, with deepened expansion into Government departments remaining a key strategic priority and a major growth avenue for the business.
We are confident in returning to growth in FY25 and in delivering solid, sustainable revenue and profit growth in the years ahead."
Analysts Michael Hill and Andrew Darley at Cavendish Capital Markets have set a 78p Price Objective for the group’s shares.
Their estimates for the current year to end-March 2025 are for revenues of £27.6m (£22.6m), with a big recovery from last year’s £0.6m adjusted pre-tax loss to a profit this year of £0.6m, which should see earnings leap 800% to 2.4p (0.3p) per share.
The shares could well prove to be an absolute bargain at the current 38p level, valuing the group at only £9.0m, despite having £5.0m in cash at the year-end.
I reckon that the shares are in for another run upwards to my previously achieved 2023 Target Price of 45p and even higher.
