Overnight Russian drones have been downed by Poland’s armed forces.
Multiple violations of Poland’s airspace bordering Ukraine is not a good sign that Russia really wants anything close to peace.
In fact, because Poland is a member of NATO – this confrontation could lead to an aggressive response.
This unprecedented violation is not good news.
Israel hits Qatar Hamas base
Further unrest can also be expected after news that Israel’s forces took down Hamas officials in their headquarter in Doha, Qatar.
They killed six officials but may well have missed the most important members.
Negotiations for the release of the Hamas hostages could now stall, while even tempting the terrorists to remove them completely.
That is not a good move.
And one has to wonder just what Keir Starmer’s intervention will bring about to the whole process.
Gold to $4,000?
Gold was already forging faster in upward pressure – in fact,

rising faster than the FTSE this year.
So, what now?
